1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using the Chillphonic service (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Service (“Terms”) and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree to these Terms in full, you must not use the Service.

3. Service Description
Chillphonic provides an internet radio service (audio streaming).
- Basic Service (Free): Free access to the stream with possible advertising and voice interruptions.
- Premium Service (Paid): Unlimited and continuous access to the stream without advertising or voice interruptions, available through a paid subscription.
4. Premium Subscription, Payment, and Renewal
- Term and Renewal: The Premium subscription has a duration of [e.g., 1 month, 1 year] and automatically renews at the end of each period unless the user cancels it before the renewal date.
- Payment: The user authorizes third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe/PayPal) to charge the applicable subscription fee on a recurring basis. Chillphonic does not store sensitive financial details.
- Price Changes: Chillphonic reserves the right to change the prices of the Premium Service, subject to at least [e.g., 30 days’] prior notice to subscribers.
5. Right of Withdrawal and Refunds (Digital Services)
Exclusion of Right of Withdrawal: The user acknowledges and agrees that, upon subscribing to the Premium Service, they provide explicit consent to the immediate start of the digital content provision (audio streaming) and, therefore, pursuant to Art. 59, paragraph 1, letter o) of the Italian Consumer Code, waive the 14-day right of withdrawal.
Refunds: Payments for Premium Service subscriptions are non-refundable.
6. Subscription Cancellation
The user can deactivate the automatic subscription renewal at any time from their user area on the website or by contacting Customer Service via email.
Effect of Cancellation: Cancellation prevents automatic renewal. The user will retain access to the Premium Service until the natural expiration of the already-paid billing period.
7. User Obligations and Conduct
- Account: The user is responsible for the confidentiality of their login credentials. The Premium subscription is strictly personal and cannot be shared with third parties.
- Lawful Use: The user undertakes to use the Service lawfully and in compliance with these Terms. It is strictly forbidden to:
- Record, copy, or redistribute the Chillphonic audio stream.
- Use the Service for commercial, promotional, or illegal purposes.
- Attempt to circumvent security measures or access restrictions.
8. Intellectual Property
All audio content, music, logos, and website design are the property of Chillphonic or their respective copyright holders (including artists and publishers) and are protected by copyright laws. Use of the Service does not grant any ownership rights over the content played.
9. Warranties and Limitation of Liability
Chillphonic provides the Service “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or available at all times, due to maintenance or network issues.
Chillphonic’s liability for any damage arising from the use of the Service shall be limited and shall not exceed the total amount paid by the user for the Premium subscription during the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the liability.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Italian law.
For any dispute arising from or related to these Terms, the competent court will be that of your place of residence or domicile, if located in Italy.
